The Grand River House is a charming newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the heart of Leland. Guests can walk to all the restaurants, shops, and historic Fishtown as well as to two Lakes with beaches, Lake Michigan and Lake Leelanau. You can enjoy looking for Petoskey stones or the newly popular Leland Blue stones.

The home has hardwood floors in every room with area rugs making all rooms more cozy in all seasons. The living room is equipped a one switch gas fireplace which warms the room to enjoy reading or sipping a glass of wine. The first floor bath room is unique with its claw foot soaking tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dish ware and glasses for cooking and enjoying locally-sourced food. A grill is available in spring summer and fall. The two bedrooms upstairs have dormers for a lovely view of the mature trees in the yard. One of the bedroom dormers is outfitted with a comfortable cushion where one can take a nap or curl up with a book. The bedroom has plenty of room for children to spread out sleeping bags on the floor to enjoy a movie or to play. Brand-new wrap-around porch provides lots of room for visiting and relaxing.
